What data we collect

• Contact and quote request forms on this site: name, phone, email, message and, in quote requests, the location, type and features of the project you describe.
• Forms in our Facebook and Instagram ads: the details you choose to send us (for example name, phone, email, town and type of project).
• Browsing data through cookies, only if you accept them. See the Cookie Policy.

What we use it for

• Replying to you, preparing proposals and quotes and following up your request — based on the pre-contractual steps you ask us to take (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Protecting our forms against spam and abuse with Google reCAPTCHA — based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Measuring the results of our advertising — only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

We do not sell or hand over your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

Who has access

Your data is handled by our team and by the service providers we need to operate: our website and email hosting, Google (reCAPTCHA and, if you accept cookies, Google Analytics and Google Ads) and Meta (ad forms and, if you accept cookies, the Meta Pixel). Google and Meta may process data outside the European Union under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

How long we keep it

• Requests that do not lead to a contract: up to 2 years after the last contact.
• Clients: for the duration of the works and for the periods required by law (for example tax obligations and construction warranties).

Your rights

You may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability, and withdraw any consent you have given. Just write to geral@ergoconstroi.pt. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).

Security

This site only works over a secure connection (HTTPS) and its forms are protected against automated submissions. Access to the requests we receive is limited to the people who need them to reply to you.
